Peoples Democratic Party Senator Biodun Olujimi has said that the President Muhammadu Buhari led federal government has no economic blueprint whatsoever.
The senator representing Ekiti South said this, when she rose to speak on the floor of the senate as the Minister of Finance, Mrs Kemi Adeosun was invited to explain the state of the Nigerian economy.
Senator Biodun Olujimi says the Federal Government does not have a economic blueprint nor an economic team.
Adeosun who stressed that “even if the truth is not fine, the Buhari government ‘will continue telling the truth”, said she does not agree that ‘we do not have an economic management team.” When asked if the country is currently in an economic recession, Adeosun however, admitted saying: ‘technically, Yes, we are.’
